A high-performance skin barrier–boosting broad spectrum SPF 50. Harnessing the mineral-active zinc oxide to protect from UVA and UVB rays.
With added antioxidants to protect from free radicals and collagen degradation, iron oxides to protect from blue light, and vitamin B3 (known as niacinamide) to improve the skin's barrier function, comes a formulation designed to truly strengthen and protect our skin barrier.
Formulated without skin microbiome-damaging preservatives, synthetic fragrances, silicones, PEG-based emulsifiers or parabens, and is safe for even the most allergy-prone, sensitive skin.
Tint: Lightly tinted to neutralise any white cast and ensure an even skin tone. This formula is not designed to provide coverage and the lightweight nature of the formula means one shade can span many skin tones for a natural finish.
Skin Type: All skin types including acne-prone and sensitive skin can benefit from this formulation. Our formulation has been designed to respect and nourish your skin barrier.
Finish: Soft, natural skin finish—not too dewy and not too matte—just in between.
When should I use FACE BARRIER?
Apply liberally to the skin daily.
MOTHER TIP: Gently warm the cream between your fingers before applying to your face—an efficient replacement for your daily moisturiser.
Avoid prolonged sun exposure, and make sure you re-apply frequently in accordance with directions. Remember, sunscreen is only one component of sun protection so always wear a hat, protective clothing and eyewear when you’re in the sun.

When you’re done, simply buy a refill jar HERE and slot it into your current product to start pumping away again!

What testing has Face Barrier completed?
Tested according to the AS/NZS 2604:2021 standard for an SPF 50 sunscreen and ISO 24443 in vitro UVAPF/broad spectrum.
Does it provide coverage?
This product has not been formulated to provide heavy coverage. It is lightly tinted to neutralise any white cast and to even the skin tone for a natural finish.
Is Face Barrier suitable for eczema prone skin?
Microbiome-friendly, fragrance– and essential oil–free, it is safe for even the most allergy-prone, sensitive skin. Free from synthetic preservatives and chemical UV actives.
