MONTHLY MANUAL | JUNE

In June, I traveled to Europe to bask in the sun (safely), enjoy the ocean, and savour delicious food. The month flew by, just like every other, and we've now passed the halfway point of 2025! Sorry how?!
Watching
Not usually one for spy thrillers… but The Day of the Jackal got me hooked. The Jackal is a lone assassin—cold, calculated, and paid top dollar to disappear after the hit. If you’re into espionage, twists, and slow-burn suspense… this one’s for you. 🎯🕶️
Reading
Just finished All Fours while I was in Europe and… I’m still sitting with it. It’s on so many best-seller lists, but I’d love to know what you thought?
Yes, it tackles femininity, aging, sexuality, community, marriage, and parenthood in a frank and refreshing way — and I get that it’s meant to feel raw. But I finished the book feeling more anxious than affirmed, especially around menopause, aging, and marriage.
Curious if anyone else felt the same?

New Podcast: Aspire with Emma Grede
Launched just last month, this podcast has quickly become one of my absolute favourites — and if you're building your own business, it might soon be yours too.
Emma Grede, co-founder and CEO of Good American and a founding partner of SKIMS, brings her signature mix of authenticity and strategic brilliance to every episode.
Her podcast discusses career advice to mental wellness, business strategy to personal growth, and every episode delivers data-driven insights and real-world tools to help you turn your dreams into reality.
My favourite episode was her Blueprint “ 10 Principles that can change your life”
Following
Following Jaynee just to get a little extra sunshine during the Australian winter months. Jaynee works for the cult Australian swimwear brand Triangl, and you'd think loving the sun would be almost mandatory for the job. Every one of her posts features the ocean, the sunshine, and of course, a bikini. Just a quick heads-up—giving her a follow might inspire you to book a one-way ticket to a European summer!
Loving
Just make sure you're using a liposomal form—it absorbs far better and actually reaches your cells. I use Cymbiotika’s: it’s clean, third-party tested, non-GMO, and made with ingredients you can truly trust.
