A fascinating scientific, cultural, spiritual and evolutionary history of the way humans breathe and how we've all been doing it wrong for a long, long time. No matter what you eat, how much you exercise, how skinny, young or wise you are, none of it makes a real difference to your wellbeing if you're not breathing properly.

I couldn’t agree with this more – breathing incorrectly was the missing link to my own health issues.

The Glossy Podcast

If you are working in the beauty industry, you will love all things Glossy just as I do! Their website is full of all the best beauty news, and their podcast content ranges from interviews with well-known beauty founders, to the next innovation in skincare products.

I have a yearly subscription and each week, users receive emails about what’s currently happening in the beauty industry.

Jaynee Penny (Wehbe)

Jaynee is the creative director for Triangl Swimwear, and a love for the sunshine is practically mandatory in order to work for this cult Australian swimwear label. While Jaynee has a range of responsibilities, one of them includes the production of photoshoots (think travelling the world to exotic tropical beaches, packing nothing but bikinis and watching all your hard work translate into a new swim campaign!).

MOTHER SPF believes life should be lived outdoors—in the light, enjoying the myriad of wonders the natural world has to offer—and Jaynee is really living and breathing our motto. Just be warned, though – one scroll through her Instagram account and you will be jumping on a plane to the closest sunshine island you can find.

Dandelion lattes: MOTHER’s newest obsession.

Dandelion root is completely caffeine free yet tastes like coffee – without the sensation of being sent on a caffeine-fuelled rollercoaster. Instead, you get a sustained shot of energy and a rich source of antioxidants.

We like to upgrade our dandy latte with the following boosters:
  • Lion's mane mushroom for brain boosting benefits (also has a natural coffee flavour)
  • Tremella mushroom for skin hydration (gives a delicious malt flavour)
